Electricians assembling prefabricated electrical racks in a shop

Prefabrication

The fastest work on a jobsite is the work that already happened somewhere else. Our prefabrication shop builds racks, assemblies and kits in a controlled environment, then delivers them labeled and ready to install — fewer hours on the deck, safer crews and tighter quality.

Our process

  1. Identify repeatable work

We review the model for assemblies that can move off site.

  2. Detail from the model

VDC produces spool drawings straight from coordinated BIM.

  3. Build & inspect

Shop crews assemble, test and label every piece.

  4. Deliver to the floor

Kits arrive by area and sequence, ready to hang.
